Description

Baking Instructions

** Please note these instructions are for convection style ovens. If baking in conventional, please increase temperatures by 15*F and prolong baking times.

Scones

  • Preheat the oven to 360*F
  • Place frozen scones on a tray, leaving appx 3”  of space between each scone.
  • Egg wash and garnish as desired.
  • Bake for 24-28mins. Rotate halfway through if the oven is known to have hotspots. Time will vary depending on the strength of the oven and fan.

**It will be fully baked when it is an even golden brown, and when lifted off the tray, it will not feel dense.
