Baking Instructions

** Please note these instructions are for convection style ovens. If baking in conventional, please increase temperatures by 15*F and prolong baking times.

  • In the 4″x1.5″ centre of rings, place frozen pastry rolls and on a perforate mat&tray.
  • Leave in a warm place(no warmer than 30*C), perforate mat on top and covered to not dry out. Proof for 3-4hrs, time will vary depending on room temp and how frozen the pastry roll are from the freezer.

**It will be fully proofed if it has roughly doubled in size, has a jiggle like jello, and the layers are beginning to separate.

  • Preheat oven to 360*F, and bake for 23-26mins.
    Time will vary depending on the strength of the oven and fan.

**It will be fully baked when it is an even golden brown all around, and when lifted off the tray, it will feel light and hollow.

  • Cool.
